Part of the free Cultural Heritage Concert Series, produced by Carpe Diem Arts, hosted by Montgomery County Recreation, and funded in part by the National Endowment for the Arts.
Scheduled at four locations once a month, February through June, to bring together a diverse audience for an intergenerational shared arts experience, to celebrate the cultural heritage months, and to foster appreciation of the music and songs from different cultures.
Please join us at any of the four community recreation centers: Gwendolyn Coffield in Silver Spring, Plum Gar in Germantown, Long Branch in Silver Spring, and Marilyn Praisner in Burtonsville. NOTE: Google will say Plum Gar is closed on Sundays, but it is open for this concert!!
Audiences of all ages are welcome to attend the one-hour concerts at each of the centers, free of charge.
